Pros: very good for the price and good chat support
Cons: email don't work with me
They have been very good for about 20 months. You get outstanding features/service for the packages price.
I love their chat, it really works, I don't like phone support (prefer things written) and I'm normally lazy to open tickets - this is why I like chat support and their chat support is very good.
I recommend IXweb.
