Cons: support do not answer all questions
I monitor my sites and is wonderful to see that my site went down only 2 times on an entire year!!!
Support still needs some improvement as they do not answer all of your questions (they reply all emails but do not answer all your questions). - but the chat support is pretty good.
So far I recommend hostgator.
