Cons: support lacks and hard time during setup
I decided to quit my old hosting and join Hostgator and so I just had problems.
I had so many problems during setup that I lost a entire month working to make my site work there.
They have a good support? NO
They have a really working instant message report as they claim? NO
They have a really working phone support? NO
These that provide the support above are just dummies.
My last problem is that my email system is completely unreliable: people send email to me and the email do not reaches my inbox. Now every time that I contact support, they just tell me that my email is working properly... at least for them.
