Cons: When down, support is terrible

I have had email up and down all day because of a user on my reseller service that is abusing email. Since support is a joke, I am now shopping around because 13 hours later, then still have not told me which user this is, nor do they ahve a way that I can see to check this.. Thank you for all your comments. You helped me decide that I am going to leave em. Chat is sub-standard for anything high-level. Phone is just as worthless cuz it all revolves around the level-2 staff who will not talk on the phone. So, I am still down, they have not written me back since 6PM - it is now 10PM. All day I went back and forth with chat, email and phone and they still have yet to really give me any sort path towards resolution of my problem. So, I am shopping for another host now.
